1. Controller and scope
GLOB Kft. operates the Apostolok website. Company details appear in the legal notice. This notice covers use of the website and contact through its published telephone number.
2. Visiting the website
The website has no account registration, booking form, online payment, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images load from the website’s own hosting. The map opens only when you follow the directions link.
3. Hosting and technical data
Delivering a page sends the visitor’s IP address and browser request to the server.
The OpenAI Sites hosting platform uses Cloudflare network and bot protection services. Cloudflare also receives the IP address and technical request data. The cookie notice describes the security cookie.
4. Telephone enquiries and reservations
The booking button opens your device’s telephone app. It does not submit a reservation through the website. When calling, provide only information needed for your enquiry or booking.
5. External links
Directions lead to Google Maps. Once you open an external service, its privacy terms apply. This website does not embed Google Maps or social media content.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction. Portability and objection rights depend on how and why the data is processed. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Requests must be addressed without undue delay, normally within one month. A two-month extension is possible for complexity or volume, with notice and reasons within the first month.
7. Complaints and remedies
You may complain to Hungary’s National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or another competent supervisory authority, and seek a judicial remedy.
